Introduction: Despite many advances in diagnosis, diagnosing appendicitis remains difficult. Various diagnostic scoring systems have been developed an attempt to improve the accuracy of acute appendicitis. The study aimed determine Modified Alvarado and Eskelinen score correlate histopathological findings with severity Materials Methods: A prospective was conducted TUTH including 84 patients a clinical diagnosis managed surgically for 10 months.
